Welcome to Beep! When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been purchased, you are agreeing to abide with these terms.
All products are checked prior to posting, should a product be faulty, Beep will replace the goods, we don't exchange if it is simply a change of mind.
Beep is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with product updates and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Here’s how it works: you order, we paint, pack and then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Painting and packing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm AEST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
Standard: 5-9 business days/ $9 AUD or FREE for orders over $65

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle Couriers for domestic and Australia Post for International.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to liase with Australia Post.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been entered and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
All customers will be provided with tracking details. Beep will not be able to track items on behalf of customers. All customers must liaise directly with Australia Post or Sendle Couriers
International customers need to be aware that customs of your country will charge customs on all orders.
