Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return a Beep bicycle bell, personalised name bike bell, or other bike accessory, please contact us at hello@beepbells.com first so we can assist you with the process.

As each personalised bike bell is made especially for you, customised orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a fault or issue with the product. Please contact us if you have any concerns — we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be happy with their Beep bell.
