INSTALLATION + CARE

Install me on your bicycle:

Remove the screws from my bottom bracket.
Position me where you want me on your handlebar.
Close the bottom bracket and tighten up my screws.

Care For Me:

Keep me out of intense sun and rain when not in use
Please tighten my screws every 3-4 months as part of your regular bike maintenance

Here’s how it works: you order, we paint, pack and then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds.

Painting and packing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm AEST are processed the next business day).

Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Standard: 5-9 business days/ Free for orders over $65 otherwise only a flat rate of $9.

PS: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post for domestic and Australia Post for International.

Each Beep Bell and Basket is assembled, tested, packaged and sent to you with love and care. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at hello@beepbells.com and we will do our best to fix it.
